If the second HUV1 submission was Rejected by iQIES (and the first HUV1 was the correct one, and Accepted by iQIES), I do not believe you need to do anything. From what I've read, Modifications and Inactivations are only needed for Accepted records. You can call iQIES Support at 800-339-9313 to verify ...

I also preferred the HIS report and asked WellSky if there would be a version for HOPE and was told no. In the past I've had decent success with emailing and/or calling the Support team. I have found that often their answer to any requests for adjustments is "we do not have time to do that right now." ...
