Hello. If it wasn't automatically rejected, then you could request deletion of that HUV1 that was submitted in error. On the main page, go to the "Create/Manage Change Requests" option, then click "+Start Form" to enter the deletion request. Instructions are in the iQIES manual on their website too. Hope that is helpful.

Has anyone submitted a duplicate HUV assessment? I submitted a second HUV 1 which was supposed to be a HUV 2 assessment. I inactivated the duplicate on our EMR but am unsure of what to do in IQIES. Thanks for your help in advance!
