    Has anyone submitted a duplicate HUV assessment? I submitted a second HUV 1 which was supposed to be a HUV 2 assessment. I inactivated the duplicate on our EMR but am unsure of what to do in IQIES. Thanks for your help in advance!

    If the second HUV1 submission was Rejected by iQIES (and the first HUV1 was the correct one, and Accepted by iQIES), I do not believe you need to do anything. From what I've read, Modifications and Inactivations are only needed for Accepted records. You can call iQIES Support at 800-339-9313 to verify that with them. They have always been friendly and helpful when I have called.

    Hello. If it wasn't automatically rejected, then you could request deletion of that HUV1 that was submitted in error. On the main page, go to the "Create/Manage Change Requests" option, then click "+Start Form" to enter the deletion request. Instructions are in the iQIES manual on their website too. Hope that is helpful.
