    The National Alliance for Care at Home invites members to participate in a listening session on Wednesday, April 22, from 2–3 p.m. ET to share feedback on CMS's FY 2027 Hospice Wage Index and Payment Rate Update Proposed Rule.

    This is your opportunity to weigh in on proposed changes affecting payment, quality, oversight, and operations, including:

    • The proposed hospice payment rate increase and cap amount
    • Updates to wage index calculations
    • The new Service and Spending Variation Index (SSVI)
    • Election statement addendum requirements
    • HQRP and HOPE reporting updates
    • Proposed Medicare.gov transparency indicators

    Your input matters. Help inform the Alliance's advocacy by joining the conversation and sharing your real‑world perspective.
