I'm reaching out to gather input from industry peers regarding standards and practices for clinical workflows in hospice care. Currently, our Clinical Managers are responsible for the majority of our clinical workflows - along with management of the IDG team members and varied other responsibilities. We are considering a shift that would involve dedicated team members managing these workflows to enhance efficiency and capacity. We would be grateful for any insights, examples, or recommendations you can share regarding how your organizations are approaching this.
