    Earlier this week CMS has updated the Model Example Hospice Election Statement and today posted an updated Model Example of "Patient Notification of Hospice Non-covered Items, Services and Drugs".  We sent a notification to this Community when the changes were made but it did not post.  We are not sure why and apologize.  More information is available in this NAHC Report article.
