Hospice Quality Reporting Program – Reminders & Updates
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently posted a Hospice Quality Reporting Program Reminders and Updates communication. This update contains reminders of HOPE materials and a link to updated HOPE training videos. The video training series now includes a section on Quality Measures and FAQs. Alliance staff are reviewing these and will provide additional information as necessary.
Other topics covered in this communication include reminders about the annual payment update, changing demographic information, FY2027 quality reporting and others.
