Hospice

Hello! We are looking at revising our fall intervention policy, and are trying to find a benchmark for fall rates in hospice programs, and can't seem to find any--- looking for state or national rates, best practice standards, etc. While our goal is always to reduce falls, we have no idea if our current fall rate is super-high, average, or exemplary! Wondering if anyone has any resources they would like to share.
