The Alliance is seeking provider stories and examples of disruptions during the government shutdown resulting from the lapse in telehealth authorities. These anecdotes will be used, in a non-identifiable manner, in our efforts to secure permanent extension of the hospice F2F telehealth flexibility.
We are specifically looking for examples of a patient's access being impacted (delayed or entirely) by a provider's inability to admit, of providers needing to spend more time traveling for F2F visits and less time delivering care, and, finally, for any other operational challenges and related issues.
