Our hospice is working on changing the way Hospice Aides schedule their clients' visits.  Are most hospices having their aides be responsible for making their own schedules or do you have scheduler who schedule the visits?  Also, do you have a metric on how many visits a hospice aide would do in a day, including documentation, if they are full time.

    Appreciate any responses- Thanks!

We have a scheduler who takes care of it.  But they have btn 6-8 depending on where they are located and if there are multiple in a facility.
