We use MatrixCare as our CAHPS vendor. Previously, with the HIS, MatrixCare had the option to upload our HIS files and MatrixCare provided reports on the HIS quality measures (see screenshot). Since the HOPE tool rollout, MatrixCare no longer offers this service to non-MatrixCare EMR users. We use Epic EMR. Does anyone have a recommendation for a similar option to view our HOPE quality metrics?
