Hi Rebecca,
I saw your post and thought that I would share our HOPE audit tool, as well. I asked Tracey if she could send me hers, which she did, and it was super helpful to see what another agency is doing. I sent her this document, as well. I know it's a little over the top, but I've been burned by missed submissions and incorrect information, from our own issues as well as those of our EHR (which is WellSky) and CMS, so I'm just tracking and micromanaging until everyone finds their flow.
What is your census, if you don't mind me asking? We only have 50, so one missed visit was a lot for us (plus I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so it was a little humbling ;-P)!
Please let me know if you have any magical ideas that you are doing that might come in handy for us. I appreciate any and all information, as we are all learning and in this together :-) !!!
