  • 1.  FY2026 Hospice Final Rule

    The FY2026 Hospice Wage Index and Payment Rate Update and Hospice Quality Reporting Requirements final rule posted to the Federal Register Preview desk a few moments ago. The payment rate update was finalized at 2.6% and, at first glance, CMS is moving forward with HOPE implementation as scheduled for October 1, 2025. Alliance staff are reviewing the final rule now and will be providing a summary of provisions soon.
