    Hi, everyone.  Today the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) posted a letter containing the FY2023 hospice MEDICAID rates at the following link:  https://www.medicaid.gov/medicaid/benefits/downloads/medicaid-hospice-rate-letter-FY2023.pdf.  A transmittal containing the finalized FY2023 MEDICARE rates, which was posted in recent weeks, is available here:  https://www.cms.gov/Regulations-and-Guidance/Guidance/Transmittals/Transmittals/r11542cp.  The rates for all levels of care EXCEPT GIP vary slightly between Medicare and Medicaid. 

     

    In the coming days we will be publishing an article in NAHC Report that contains final rates for both Medicare and Medicaid applicable in FY2023.
