My name is Elena and I am a hospice manager, social worker and member of the NAHC Hospice Advisory Counsel. I've really enjoyed becoming more involved with the NAHC community (I'm also on the Diversity and Inclusion advisory board and a Mentor for the Mentor/Mentee program).
I value the work NAHC members are doing to ensure progress and best practice is prioritized and maintained in homecare and hospice. Therefore, I wanted to share a resource that you may find helpful in your practice.
I am a board member of the Palliative Care Network of Wisconsin (PCNOW) and we are trying to spread the word about our free "Fast Facts."
