Join us on Monday, May 5 at 2 PM ET for our first Diversity, Access, and Health Disparities My Alliance Community Office Hours, where we'll take a closer look at the diversity and access resources available to Alliance members. This session will highlight tools and resources designed to support equitable, culturally responsive care across service lines, including the Connect to Care Report, Hospice Insights for Specific Populations, the Culturally Sensitive Communications Guide, and a variety of outreach and resource guides. We will also hear from members on resources they have found valuable and any gaps they would like to see the Alliance address in future offerings. Hope to see you there!
