Hospice

Hi - looking for some insight/confirmation regarding coding HOPE Section I Active Diagnoses, if a patient's primary diagnosis is Senile Degeneration of the Brain, would it be coded in I0010 as box number 03 Neurological?  I believe so but I cannot find a specific reference to this situation.  Thank you in advance!
