We are anticipating seeing the rule posted today or tomorrow. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) concluded its review of the rule yesterday. The Alliance will provide a written summary of the proposed rule the evening on which it is released. We will post the review to this Hospice Community, the Alliance website, and all other routine communication channels. Additionally, there will be opportunities for members to provide feedback to inform the Alliance's comments on the proposed rule in the weeks following its posting.
