Oversees NHPCO Websites to ensure the architecture of each site is maintained. This includes: www.nhpco.org, www.nationalhospicefoundation.org, www.wehonorveterans.org, www.momentsoflife.org provides support as needed for www.caringinfo.org.
Responsible for adding new information and materials and deleting out of date materials and for upkeep and maintenance the FTP site. Proactively coordinates with teams and departments to organize and structure Web content. Manage work flow and requests taking into account necessary deadlines and team needs. Tracks Web statistics monthly and provides reports as requested. Lay out different weekly, monthly, and quarterly newsletters for distribution and posting on the Web site. Prepare other e-communications as needed and assists with electronic distribution.
Perform other appropriate duties as assigned in support of Communications department.
