Good Morning Everyone:
Earlier this morning, the White House released a fact sheet stating that the Medicaid Access Final Rule will be published today in the Federal Register. The Fact Sheet says that the rule will include the full 80% required pass-through that was included in the proposed regulation.
NAHC is obviously very disappointed by this counterproductive proposal that will reduce, not increase, access to care. Please see the attached press release and talking points from NAHC. We will provide a more detailed analysis once the regulatory text is available.
