What do you believe is the single most important value the Alliance currently provides-or should provide-to private pay providers?

This could be anything from advocacy, education, visibility, connections, benchmarking, or something else entirely.

We provide a some private pay services. Value for this business model is care innovation in my opinion. If Alliance provided training for caregivers to provide this golden glove experience or created best practices/evidence based care models we would incorporate it into our business strategy to grow the business. The clients needs to feel the value and as providers of course we would to quantify that value, so also some data tracking best practices/KPIs as well for guidance in implementing these care models.

   So much of what our providers are asking for is related to data, workforce growth and KPI's structured around what will make them successful. We hear most often, I don't know how to run a business, create a budget, when to add staff, tools of the trade for a beginner as well as an expert.
