NAHC’s Board and National Staff are committed and working hard as we invest in the future of enhancing our members’ experience. It’s so important and vital to NAHC’s work to continue to connect the industry that enhancing members’ experience, connections and value is one of the main objections of our recently Board-adopted Strategic Plan.

Thank you to the community members that help me and answer questions. It's so nice to network and see what others are doing. We pay our nurses hourly and are wondering about productivity expectations. Can you email me or comment if you weight your visits like a SOC, ROC, therapy initial eval etc and what you weight them at? Like a SOC is 2.5 or something like that. I'm trying to get an idea of what "industry standard" is to compare and make sure we align. We give our nurses 5 visits/day and reduce from there to account for travel and other weighted visits. For example, they could have a SOC and 2 routine visits for a full 8 hour day or a SOC and one routine visit depending on the amount of travel we have (we live pretty rural in ND with lots of travel). Our SOC documentation/paperwork/careplan needs to be completed same day by end of day. Any information you can share is helpful! Thank you!!
