  • 1.  Staffing Ratios

    Has anyone found a best practice for utilizing staffing ratios to ADC to determine when it is appropriate to hire new staff? If so, what is the ratio that you have found to work best? i.e 1 RN for every 25 ADC, 1 PT for every 30 ADC, etc..
