Hello! Dakota Home Care is converting to a new software program. We are transitioning from ClearCare (for our non-skilled services) and Kantime (for our skilled care) to AlayaCare, an all in one systm for both our medical and non-medical services. Alayacare suggested we only transfer date for active clients and employees only. I'm looking for best practices to store our inactive records neatly and securely in accordance with state and federal regulations. Any recommendations?
