Hi All, wondering how other agencies manage triage after hours of therapy only cases? We have been discussing if it could be reasonable to add PRN nursing visits with a specified indications for a visit after hours to our therapy only patients. Most likely scenario would be related to a fall or new onset of a symptom. Would like to know how others approach managing therapy patients after hours. Thanks!
