I have the understanding that Optum Bundled (Veteran Affairs pay source) does not require a PDGM diagnosis code for billing. I have someone on our team that believes Optum Bundled does require a PDGM diagnosis. I have searched for written information to state one or the other but have not had any luck. Any suggestions or guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you- Jen
