Our agency is just starting to use the auto calculation feature within the our EMR, MatrixCare.
Staff has raised concerns about gated communities where additional driving is required to reach the home because directions take you to the gate.
There are also concerns about rural areas where the GPS is not always accurate.
Since it's new, there is concern about accuracy.
Can anyone share their experiences and how situations with inaccuracies are handled, as well as how often these things occur.
