  • 1.  Medicaid 80-20 Sign on Letter

    Good Morning:

    Yesterday, we received notice that Representatives Carter (R-GA) and Cammack (R-FL) sent around a sign-on letter advocating for the Administration to repeal the 80-20 rule in Medicaid. This letter was sent to all House Representatives seeking offices to sign-on. We are hoping that those of you who have relationships with House Republicans can reach out and ask them to sign-on to the letter. We are specifically looking at House Energy and Commerce members, but any House Representative would be welcome! 

    Though we would love this to be a Bipartisan letter, Democrats have historically been unwilling to support a repeal of 80-20 so we do not anticipate that asking those offices to sign-on would be fruitful or a good use of time.  

    The Deadline for House Members to join the letter is this Friday, January 31st.
