  • 1.  iQIES Rejections

    I am wondering if any other agencies are experiencing rejections of OASIS D submissions after 1/1/23? We received rejections of all OASIS surveys submitted today with the reason listed as missing OASIS E items, -- M0090 dates were on or before 12/31/22. None of these were recerts in the last five days of 2022. 

    Curious if this is a known issue.

    NAHC has not heard about an issue.  There is no communication from iQIES about it yet.  Please continue to let us know what you're experiencing and we will reach out to the iQIES folks.

    Hi.  Yes we just had 2 discharge OASIS that were done at the end of December come back as rejected.  The reason was a fatal error indicating Invalid Value for M1051, M1056, M1242 and M2401a.  All of these have been removed from OASIS E but were valid questions for OASIS D timepoints.
