Hello - I am wondering if everyone is Discharging their patients and creating a New Admission if the patient's insurance is changing - all are Med Adv Plans or going from Traditional Medicare to a Med Adv Plans. Sometimes the Policy # remains the same, it is only the Plan Name that has changed. It is a lot of work for office and clinical staff and just wanted to make sure were doing this process correctly.
