This is friendly reminder that we are not able to discuss rates, pricing and compensation in Communities. There is potential antitrust liability when competitors discuss pricing and compensation that may facilitate an agreement among them regarding these issues. Providers should not discuss these issues either in Communities or privately. Sharing MA experiences other than rates, pricing, and compensation is fine.

Hi! I was wondering if anyone has any insight on Humana visit rates. I requested a rate increase in July of 2023 and follow up every 2 weeks and continue to get the same response "we are evaluating the network." We are one of the few agencies in network with Humana and about the only agency that will accept Humana in our area. I have explained this to Humana several times. We would like to continue to serve their patients, but it is hard to continue when you barely break even and get pounded with referrals. We have started to narrow down how many Humana patients we will take at one time but also seem to get backlash from the doctors. If anyone has any insight on how to get a rate increase with Humana or would be interested in sharing their Humana rates and experiences with me I would appreciate it.
