CMS issued a change request to implement the payment rates finalized in the CY 2026 home health final rule. The purpose of the Change Request (CR) is to update the CY 2026 30-day period payment rates, the national per-visit amounts, the separate payment amount for a disposable negative pressure wound device (dNPWT), and the cost-per-unit payment amounts used for calculating outlier payments under the HH PPS. This CR does not contain any new policy, it updates the HH PPS PRICER for 2026 to reflect the appropriate payment amounts. Link to the CR is: https://www.cms.gov/files/document/r13488cp.pdf
