Hello. I am wondering how other not for profit agencies are handling patients that are being referred to home health that would be more Hospice appropriate, if upon discharge there is no improvement in the HHVBP self-care oasis questions the agency is subject to payment penalty. Are these patients not taken for care, or how are you handling this.
