Hello,
Would anyone be willing to share their agencies process for who 'touches' a chart and when as it flows from New Referral > Start of Care> Coding, etc? Or share best practices? We are looking to streamline our process a bit and getting caught up in who should do what and when.
We currently have internal coding, but I'm interested to hear from agencies who use both internal coders and those that use external coders.
