    Do we need to get a new Face to Face for a ROC? Historically we have been, but wondering if we need to, especially if patient coming back onto service for exact same thing covered in the initial F2F. thanks!

    Hi Kristan.

    No new face-to-face encounter is needed if the patient does not require a new start-of-care. What you do need are new physician orders for care as well as for any changes in diagnoses.
