Good Afternoon NAHC Members:
We've had several inquiries regarding a cyberattack that occurred late last week that has limited the ability of providers using the eSRP/Kaleida system to submit bills and/or EVV data. We wanted to poll members:
1) Has this issue impacted you. If so, which state(s) are the impacted operations in?
2) Have your state and/or managed care plans provided any guidance regarding an exception to the EVV requirements due to circumstances beyond your control?
3) Have your state and/or managed care plans indicated that there are opportunities for advance payments to maintain operations pending the resolution of this issue?
4) Are there any other actions/remedies you are working on during the downtime?
