Our agency runs a driver's license check for field staff upon hire and annually when our commercial insurance renews. We have been using the American Safety Council website for many years. Over the last few months the screen had an error message that the State of Florida is having technical problems so wait a day to try to retrieve the results. We have not had any issue with that until today...the error message I received was "Unable to contact DHSMV." Are there any agencies in Florida that use a different source for checking driver's licenses? If so, please provide contact information for the source. Thanks for your help.
