Home Heath

I am wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experience with collecting deductibles and copay's.  At admission we have the patient sign a form showing if there will be a deductible or copay due.  I get the form back signed by the patient some of the time.  I am unsure if the patient is just overwhelmed with the signing of all the other paperwork that they don't understand what they are signing or if it is not being explained well enough.  I have thought that maybe if the finance department makes the call about deductible and copay there would be less issues.  What do other Home Health agencies do?
