Maybe like many of you, we have difficulty getting applicants for CNA openings. We have had them no show scheduled interviews or not return phone calls. We even had one come to the interview, accept an offer, then no show the first day of onboarding.
I am trying to determine if providing CNA services are required for Home Health agencies. I did not see any clear information in the COPs other than stating that aide services must be provided by individuals that meet the requirements.
