    CMS released updated Medicare beneficiary notices in this week's MLN article-here's what matters for home health teams:

    ABN (Advance Beneficiary Notice)

    • Required when services may not be covered (e.g., not homebound or not medically necessary)
    • Must use by May 12, 2026
