Our agency collects data on the # of ED/Hospital/Urgent Care visits that occurred as a result of a potential Home Health-acquired infection. What we lack is a benchmark to which to compare our data. Do you know of a benchmark you could share for Home Health, Hospice, or both? (If the benchmark is only for ED/Hospital visits – not including Urgent Care, that would be fine too.)
