This will not be a faculty-led session and is not intended for regulatory Q&A or legal advice. Specific compliance and regulatory questions will be redirected to the appropriate Alliance team for post-session follow-up. As a reminder, providers are responsible for ensuring services are provided in compliance with all applicable Federal and State laws and should consult with their Medicare contractor or legal counsel before implementing or changing any billing processes or decisions.
